I received word that our friend and your classmate Eileen Walsh Byers, had a stroke this last December. As a result from her stroke, doctors diagnosed her condition as expressive aphasia. Since receiving word of her condition, Sally and I have been praying for her. Would you do me a favor and ask your friends listed on your buddy email list to remember Eileen in their prayers.

Winston Wai Kin "Windy" Ching, 67, of Hilo, a retired Hawaii Electric Light Co. employee, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Kimie, sons Brian and Don, daughter Kimdi Fair, brother Wyman and a grandchild.

Clyde Kazuyoshi Sakai Dec. 22, 2007 Clyde Kazuyoshi Sakai, 67, of Aiea, a retired Oahu Transit Service garage foreman, died in St. Francis Hospice West. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Jean Tokiko, sons Lance and Kevin, and grandsons Nevin and Keenan.( Funeral services: 6 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Call after 5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers)
