Here’s the scoop on our end of the year luncheon:
3660 ON THE RISE
-Wendell has already put down a deposit to reserve a private room.
- IF we have a minimum of 40 attending, we will be able to have the lunch buffet as follows:
Mesclun of ‘Nalo Greens, Lemon Miso Dressing & Assorted Condiments
Crunchy Broccoli Salad
Watercress & Onion Salad
Chicken Piccata, Lemon Caper Sauce
Soy Sake Glazed Salmon, Yuzu Butter Sauce
Carving: Roasted Sirloin of Beef
Roasted Red Potatoes with Herbs and Garlic
pastry chef’s selection of award winning dessert delicacies
3660 Island Roast Coffee or Tea
cocktails available on a no host basis
(If less than 40 attend, we will be limited to a choice of 1 salad, 1 entree, and 1 dessert)
- WENDELL WOULD LIKE A TENTATIVE COUNT OF ATTENDEES TO HELP HIM WITH PLANNING
(and to alleviate some stress)

Wendell requests payment in cash, please, either at lunch this coming Friday
or at the luncheon on Dec. 7th.
So far, 21 have signed up, so we need 19 more in order to have the lavish buffet in the private room.
